   真空變壓吸附制氧是一種新型的工空氣中制取富氧的技術，真空變壓吸附（VACUUM PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION,簡稱VPSA）是一個近似等溫變化的物理過程，它是利用氣體介質中不同組分在吸附劑上的吸附容器不同而產生的氣體分離，吸附劑在壓力升高是進行選擇性吸附，在壓力降低至負壓時得到脫附再生。

The Working Principle
Vacuum pressure swing adsorption oxygen generation is a new kind of technology to make rich oxygen gas from the air .
VPSA is a physical process , which make the use of different components of other gas medium on the adsorbent to get gas separated . Adsorbent absorb the gas when the pressure rises , and Get rid of the adsorption when the pressure drops.
