1、簽訂進口合同，國外供應商發貨；
2、海運至國內碼頭或空運至機場；到港后船公司（航空公司）寄到貨通知書；
3、憑到貨通知書到船公司換單；
4、根據產品的監管條件，依商檢局要求辦理相應檢驗檢疫；
5、報關（憑提單、入境貨物通關單，報關申請單等或產品監管要求所需其他文件）
6、海關受理；海關審價（接受申報價格通過或海關指定貨值或海關系統查詢價格磋商等情況）；
7、出稅單（關稅稅票、增值稅票），交稅；
8、碼頭提柜；
9、順利通關、放行、運輸至指定地點。
 
（一）進口醫療器械的收貨單位應具備的資質
1、醫療器械經營許可證；
2、營業執照【經營范圍里有銷售醫療器械許可】；
3、進出口權【若沒有可以找有資質的進出口公司代理進口】
 
（二）進口醫療器械時需要提供的文件：
1、國家食品藥品監督管理局頒發的進口醫療器械注冊證與醫療器械注冊登記表；
2、屬于《實施強制性產品認證的產品目錄》內的醫療器械，應當提供中國強制性認證證書（3C）；3、部分設備需要辦理自動進口許可證【O證】；
4、設備的照片、銘牌、設備技術參數、最終用途、中文說明書等；
5、進口合同、箱單、發票；
6、其他需要補充的材料。
